Today we were back out on the water, weather conditions not permitting the safe travel across the Gilbraltar Straight. Feeling thankful that the delay in our passage through the Strait of Gibraltar allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of Morocco, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Indeed, the beauty of travel lies in its unpredictability, and our time in Morocco was a testament to the magic of embracing the journey, wherever it may lead. We made it through the straight safely, amidst radio calls from other boats that had to turn back to Barbate after having their rudders taken out by orcas. Fortunately all we had to contend with were the spectacular views of the coasts of Spain and Africa as we sailed along.
